Vincent M. Germani was born in Attleboro, Massachusetts. He is a graduate of LaSalle Academy, Providence, Rhode Island, Boston College for his undergraduate degree, and he received his law degree from Boston College Law School in 1955. He is admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Vincent Germani is a member in good standing of several professional and community organizations. As a trial lawyer, he has demonstrated fierce dedication on behalf of the rights of clients who have been harmed due to the negligence of others. Mr. Germani prides himself on the high level of referrals among past clients for his continued demand in his areas of expertise.

Mr. Germani served in the military for two years, assigned to the Adjutant General Corps and received a Certificate of Achievement for outstanding duty in the Personnel Section, Headquarters Company Fort Dix, New Jersey. Mr. Germani established his law practice in 1957, and was a member of the Attleboro Zoning Board of Appeals for 18 years and as its Chairman for 6 years. He was Chairman of the Bristol County March of Dimes for several years, dedicated to raising funds for research purposes for that organization. He also served as Clerk of Court pro temp for the local Court and as bail commissioner. He is married and has three children. He was joined by his son, Sal J. Germani, in the practice of law some 27 years ago.

Mr. Germani concentrates in estate planning, including the preparation of Wills and Trusts, and the Probate of Estates.
